Who can view event details?

Full event details are available to approved members after login. Public pages show only general information.

How do I RSVP?

Log in to the members-only portal and open the event listing to confirm attendance. If capacity is limited, you will see waitlist status.

Are events in-person or virtual?

Both formats are used. Each listing specifies the location or virtual meeting link and any access instructions.

Can I propose an event or topic?

Yes. Members can submit a proposed topic or session outline for consideration. Include a brief objective and suggested format.

What is the privacy policy for discussions?

Treat discussions as confidential. Do not share member names, materials, or takeaways outside the club without explicit permission.

Where are notes and recaps posted?

When available, post-event notes are added to the event listing in the portal for members to reference.
