Members-only portal
Investment Ideas
Browse, submit, and discuss member-generated investment theses—organized for quick review and responsible follow-up.
How it works
A clear, repeatable process for sharing ideas
Use a consistent format so members can compare opportunities, ask better questions, and track decisions over time.
Submit an idea
Add a concise thesis, key drivers, and the catalyst you are watching. Include timeframe, risk factors, and sources.
Discuss and refine
Comment with questions, counterpoints, and additional research. Keep discussion factual and cite data where possible.
Track updates
Post material changes—earnings, guidance, macro shifts, or thesis breaks—so the club maintains a living record.
Archive outcomes
Close out ideas with a brief summary of what worked, what did not, and lessons learned for future diligence.
What to include in every idea
A shared checklist improves signal quality and helps members evaluate opportunities consistently.
Thesis & variant view
State the core claim in one sentence and what the market may be missing.
Key drivers
Identify the 2–4 variables that matter most (pricing, volumes, margins, rates, regulation, etc.).
Catalyst & timeframe
Explain what could change and when—events, milestones, or data releases.
Risks & disconfirming evidence
List what would invalidate the thesis and the indicators you will monitor.
Guidelines for responsible sharing
The Jersey Circle is a private community for discussion and education. Members are responsible for their own decisions.
Is this financial advice?
No. Content is for informational discussion among members and does not constitute individualized investment advice.
What sources should I cite?
Use primary sources when possible (filings, transcripts, official releases) and link to reputable research or data providers.
How should I disclose conflicts?
If you hold a position or have a relationship that could influence your view, disclose it clearly in the idea.
What is the expected tone?
Professional and evidence-based. Challenge ideas, not people, and keep commentary focused on the thesis.
How do we handle sensitive information?
Do not share non-public, confidential, or personally identifying information. Keep posts compliant with applicable laws and club rules.
Can I update an idea after posting?
Yes—add updates when new information materially changes the outlook, and summarize what changed and why.
